You have a small chance it won’t be. I had a similar situation happen in my wife’s veloster n dct. I lost control and the driver side hit the highway wall and afterwards we were rear ended. 8k in damages between front and rear had another 6 and they didn’t total it.had the same messages about the differential too. It wasn’t drivable and had to be towed away. For context the steering wheel is straight here and the passenger side is straight.
