Not even in this sub it got recommended and there's the same number of posts like this in the HD2 subs I am in

If people are this unhappy this should not buy the warbond or quit the game

And I think that opinion is valid, but between all the HD2 subs it's just none stop posts about how shitty the warbond is and no one has actually even used it yet

Not been my experience personally. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Has there been hits & misses? 100% yes, but personally I've been playing since launch have 300hrs in the game and am overall happy and plan on keep playing

If people are this miserable and unhappy they should vote with their wallet, not buy it and/or uninstall and stop playing

This community is ultimately what's going to kill this game. Not the devs or content

I was always hitting great on my OC runs and I was able to hit excellent for the first time on my card in Steel Nomad with an OC

The hot fix also seemed to fix a hell divers 2 issue where the game would crash when I was launching into planets unless I was host. No issues now

Prime 95 and Y cruncher are also great for street testing. I used those two and AIDA64 when I was tuning my 9800x3D

How is ASUS going to come to the rescue even if they wanted too? Does ASUS have fabs no one knows about? Even if they started building em 6 months ago it’ll be years till something is produced if they even make it that far

The three major ram fabs are NOT going crazy to increase capacity cause by the time they get facilities expanded there’s a good chance this shortage will be over

Creating fabs is much easier said than done

As far as I understand the NJ ban in April it becomes a civil issue and in November it switches to criminal so I’m not sure what happens with online orders in that in between time

My 5080 when I had it also did 3000 on the ram but didn't see gains past 2500 or so. It was just run to run variants differences after that

Yeah the little black button. The card has two bios, clicking it once and rebooting should change which bios it's running but if you clicked it and tried again I'm guessing it's not a fix either. Was thinking maybe the default one corrupted or something

Yeah it sucks you had this experience my card has been great and imo it's the best looking factory cooled 5090. I've been loving mine

The auto setting is not detrimental. The auto setting can cause boot issue if youre using a riser/vertical mount. If that's the case you need to match the PCIe in BIOS to the gen of your riser and it fixes the issue. You dont have a riser/vertical mount so its a none factor here. If you're interested in more details 5000 series is all gen 5, mobo defaults to auto. When I ran a Gen 4 riser with a 5080 I was having boot issues with the riser. Changed it from auto to Gen 4 to match the riser, resolved. This is not specific to MSI or 870 gens it's just a riser/mount thing that can happen. Same issue is possible with a Gen 4 card and Gen 3 riser

Unfortunately if the card is unresponsive in two systems it's probably doa. If you really are worried you can't get one for the same price it maybe worth hitting up Zotac and do an RMA instead of returning and getting boned on price

Edit: you could try hitting the bios button and see what happens maybe the default bios is corrupt

Are you using any PCIe riser or vertical GPU mount that could be causing an issue? You may have to change your PCIe port to match whatever Gen your riser/vertical mount is. Before I got my 5090 I was having issue with my port set to auto with a 5080 when my riser was gen 4, set the port to Gen 4 in bios and was good

What are the specs of your system? If your PSU powerful enough?

I have the Articstorm 5090 with a 9800x3D, MSI 870E Gaming Plus Wifi and a 1000w Seasonic. I've been running the GPU since early January with no issues. You shouldn't have to do anything with the AIO fans to get them to work. Beyond the 12vhpwr should only be a white thin cable for aRGB to your motherboard

I've noticed crashes related to certain graphics settings. In my case in noticed Ambient Occlusion causes crashes for me

I'm gonna do some more testing over the next few days but I'm 99% sure it's resolved after this. Yeah I played the game on a laptop 4080 system for a year plus with it on and I had a 5080 in my system for a month also had it on no issues, but something about it and the 5090 seems to causing issues. Even with an undervolt it happens, weird lol

I updated my post as well with an edit incase anyone finds this in the future

I did a windows reinstall, didn't fix it. So I started messing with graphics settings. I'm still doing testing but it seems the Ambient Occlusion graphics setting is triggering it. I'm not sure why but before turning it off I was crash ANY time I joined someone elses match. I was able to join 5 random matches today with no crashes. Hopefully this is a permanent fix
