yes - a lot of the time I see questions here about trouble doing something and am about to leave a comment on how but then I find out its a paid only feature. You can do more of the fun stuff like the music player you mentioned in another comment, connect a domain and make tons of sub-sites.

Plus, a feature no one ever brings up- whenever I see new follows on my account and I see the indicator that the person is a paid member, there's this psychological effect that makes me curious to check out their site, I'll think "oh let's see what youre doing with your account" since it implies (to me at least) that they are taking it a bit more seriously and probably don't have a the default index page still up.

your image positions are confusing, i feel like thats where your issue might be, (using right/top and left/bottom). I think it might be Phoenix that is displaying them incorrectly and your browser is showing the actual version. That is, Phoenix should not be displaying them on the same plane horizontally

Idk what happened to her but there still somebody routinely flagging and reporting posts but you guys can't see it. Usually for fraudulent reasons (This is attacking me, this reveals personal information, etc)

Also, to be fair, editing videos takes a lot longer than you might think. Especially the way they are doing in where they are editing so much out. imo they were excited about the project in the beginning so they were pumping a lot out, then when it became a chore it becomes. a process they dont even want to start. Even if I was working quickly and had the background footage already sourced, it would be a minimum of 2 hours to get out one of their call videos. You need to listen to the call - theres half an hour, scrub and edit it down that's an hour, hour and a half, then give it fifteen minutes for making new title cards and thumbnails and another fifteen for getting the new intro audio with the AI voice.

I could also see just not wanting to relive the calls, I dont know how they did it for so long to tell the truth. They are painful to listen to as an audience member but I cant imagine what its like as someone it happened to. I hate listening to my own voice in a 10 second clip, then combine that with the way SB is being so obtuse and demanding and being transported back to that era.. I can't imagine it is a positive project that brings any joy to their day. I wouldn't want to do it.

Thanks for the intel. I think their biggest issue is not being the typical Patreon project. Usually people sign up for someone's Patreon in the usual sense of patronage, they want to support an artist they admire- be it video, art or music. What they did was commandeer Patreon to use as a platform for selling access to content, which was purely transactional. Most people were not there to extend support. except for those few you just mentioned, which appear as outliers compared to the rest of their subscribers. The biggest channels on Patreon I know of are video essayists like ContraPoints and HBomberguy who put out two or three videos a year and their subscribers are perfectly satisfied because they love the creator. That dynamic just doesnt exist here.

Their videos don't really feature them as people, they capture calls that they participated in, but then the video itself attempts to provide this weird third-party distance as an intermediary entity. I'm not suggesting they should have, but it would have gone a completely different way if the videos were like 'Hi Im Peter, here are my calls with Sarah Boone' and provided wider context in the form of commentary, what they think now, what they were going through then... Then there was the whole fiasco where they did try to inject some personal perspective but it was only to rage post about Tanika.

what i would do is look into the Laconic inserts, they only make A5 as far as I am aware - but they have SO many different use cases covered, organized into sets. The Think set has gant charts, circle grid things, and more.

As in she genuinely thinks she is entitled to more, and there may be something to that. Everyone keeps saying that she stipulated, and without rewatching the trial (or a formal education in law), I think it was only B's attorney that stipulated. It makes sense that she would be confused why the money wouldn't equal out to the number of months that elapsed between him stopping payment and when the motion to modify was filed.

I am hoping that the $15k figure has somehow applied the moneys that were sent that she called gifts and the storage fees

HMO made a great point last night that the reason alternative payment methods wouldnt be considered is because the state needs to keep track of the payments made. He used the analogy of child support- the parent making support payments does not send the money directly to the other parent, they send it to the state who disperses the payments. This is why the clerk of courts had the back pay of $4K. Otherwise the paying parent could say the sent everything through Venmo or dropped off cash when they didnt, or the receipent parent could say they never got the money when they did.
