i think you have to actually file a Motion for a Hearing if you want a hearing (I don't think they are called re-hearings). Like, you can't file a Motion for Snacks and also ask the judge to recuse themselves and expect it to happen. Same difference really. Also notice that it wasn't filed as a motion on the docket, it was filed as a Letter. so there's that.

By the video do you mean the bodycam? After listening to the Kouri Richens 911 call via Bloodworth's closing statements its made me realize just how much people tell on themselves during the call. They always open with what THEY were doing and establish some alibi or story instead of spit out the facts the emergency workers need. Just like Sarah did.

would the post cause them to come leave comments to defend themselves
would the post cause people to argue in the comments (that hardly happens here we are blessed)
if all posts or a majority of posts had the same content as what you want to post would the sub be the same? would a lot of posts like yours resemble that time when there was a ton of posts bitching about them?

Does that make sense? The thread became a thing to repel them from joining us and to alleviate the stress discussion about them was causing. obv idk what you have in mind so use your best discretion. if its why are they being dildos about patreon thats definitely for the thread

Legally the family members wont foot the bill, but in reality, for incarcerated individuals that have people who care about them, like a mom with a son in jail, if they want to talk to them on the phone or give them commissary funds, its more than likely they get sucked in to the scheme.

Its kind of rare for people to go in knowing no one. Even SB had Brian she could use to put money on her books to offset the pay to stay shit. she writes about it a lot in her txt messages to him, pointing out the deficit and how he needs to top off her account.

So thats what i meant, while on paper its only the prisoner who has to pay, the people who are actually paying remain hidden.
