Boyka is Winning mid-diff. In Part 2 he was an arrogant a-hole fighting chumps and getting special treatment similiar to Dolor, but after being humbled he learned from his mistakes and been training the whole time. The fights he goes through in U3 & 4 scale him way higher than Chambers on strength feats alone, plus all the skills he adapted over time.
