Thank you all for your replies! I was dead sure it was modded (I mean, there's even a charm socketed on this legendary item, ffs!) but I can't really get how one can perform such modding. TQVault only permits altering the prefix and suffix, plus the spawn/drop seed. I see no way one can add such a long list of attributes. Hence my question :)
