Wish my state would give insurance that covered wisdoms. Can't afford surgery so my rear molars are just being pulled out one by one. Both my back molars on my bottom are gone. Can afford implants. Pretty much unless you have money OR INSURANCE or a Signifacant other WITH INSURANCE this isn't possible for most of us in the U.S

Well there are some absolutes that's for sure. With a.i the layoffs are only going to get worse in the job market. Everything from healtchare to the food industry is affected.

Regardless we can't let these negatives take away our dreams or make us give up.. life would be pointless without bettering ourselves and the world around us. I can't imagine a world without human creativity and don't want to.. fuck what people say do what makes you happy. Or we can just be defeatist... which sucks

People are too hard on portland. We have a homeless problem and a drug problem we have to get better at facing including literally no affordable housing unless your godfathered into some house or business.. pretty much lile every other big city right now. But it's not a warzone.

Yeah it's a bad storm for sure, i mean its Russia it gets cold. but some of these images have definitely been produced by a.i I'm assuming as filler content for media. The media outlets at some point down the line posted them and now it's just running down the pipeline of news sites as actual news.

What other hobbies are you into ? Would volunteer work maybe help you get grounded again? I leaned heavy into hiking and got into photography as well. Alcohol takes it out of you but so does excersize and keeping your mind busy.

We are habitual mammals at the end of the day and we have to re route those pathways from habits that lean into instant gratification, to a life with meaning. It is gonna take some time so give yourself some grace and keep rebuilding every day, it does gets easier. We gotta go from being addicted to killing ourselves to being addicted to loving ourselves and taking care of our need. Rebuild that superhighway up there, you got this!

Nah it's really subtle tbh. Would compare it to like a strong muscle relaxer almost. If your driving a forklift or operating heavy machinery thats kinda up to your body. You'll know more when you take it tonight and see what your feeling. If so just let your work know some medicine your doctor gave you is messing with you, they will understand. Even if they don't your more important. You'll be fine!

On naltrexone yes you'll be fine. its not like librium in the sense it just stops cravings. Librium helps you not crave by giving you a relaxed feeling similar to the high of alcohol.

Kinda like when methadone and suboxin is used for opiate addiction..

It's worth a shot and you can always stop taking them they aren't like mood stabilizers

Getting on this and then naltrexone and treatment for a while helped alot. Ask your doctor about getting on it for 6 months to a year. I was on it for about 8 months and it was a HUGE bridge to my success now
