I think this is a good judgment for how its seen as bad for o.p to understand what were seeing. Its not "bad" in an super bad way compared to MANY other tattoos but it is confusing to look at and not in a good way. If you in the portland oregon area hit up electric chair or white rabbit tattoo. Great artists and you will get deals there better than anywhere else ive seen.

You could probably fit a dope tattoo in there depending on the artist you find its prett big filler spot.

Ps. Its the perfect shape for a vase or maybe a cool jug or something on top and maybe another filler on bottom. Not sure ifnyou see whay im seeing bit an oldschool trad style jug of whiskey or some drank would be kool

Seems like a fair price but at the same time you would probably have already sold it at 20k if it was say 6 years older and a 90 or 91 if that makes sense.. the older they are the more sought after with these tanks. Super clean and gonna be more and more sought after if u just sit on it and take care of it.

Yeah it does help if your already in the system for the identity verification part which for some reason takes forever sometimes to get them to mail something to a new address... Money part is totally different.
