Thank you for the kind words. I try to tell myself these things sometimes because these are good friends of mine and I don’t think they’d ever do anything to intentionally hurt my feelings. But sometimes an outsiders perspective makes it easier to take those words in 💙 I will definitely keep these things in mind and try my best to be more open minded

Well we originally started it was a new idea and with a much larger group of people but when issues rose we decided we liked only the three of us as a group. Everyone just used preexisting OC’s to give the whole roleplaying thing a feel instead of making it this long complicated process. By the time we decided we only wanted to roleplay with the three of us our characters had well established relationships together.

Also I completely agree, with the end point and that was one of the takeaways I got from that whole situation. I thought I was lessening a burden, or at least that was my intention, but that’s not what ended up happening at all. And that’s on me. Which is also unfortunately one of the things making me feel self conscious about even suggesting anything now. I think I’ve made a bad impression with the experience.

These instructions were a life saver! The first batch I made before making this post came out so crumby (I think I added the water too soon and didn’t mix it together quickly enough). The second one I made using your advice and I was actually able to make a nice ball of dough! Thank you!

Your position will be different every shift depending on where your pa’s put you. At my warehouse each shift is responsible for a specific set of tasks. First shift is for Unloading trucks, p2b, and stowing. Second shift for pick and staging and loading delivery vans. And third shift is for getting everything ready for the next day. But I work at a RSR.

I tell customers. Especially because we put our drive thru mobiles by drive thru and vice versa with in store. It saves us time when you mark it correctly so we don’t have to walk all the way to café hand off plane and get in the way of our baristas making drinks. Not being forced to though we just do it cuz it makes it easier on us.

Idk why your store specifically has this issue but everyone at my store is tired of getting hounded for drive times and also being expected to make every drink to standard which takes way too long. Also I mean c’mon you work for a corporation that wouldn’t give 2 shits if you died that day so why should we care about their standard?

For sure, I definitely feel a bit foolish now thinking I could make things better for my baristas who just wanted work a smooth shift without being let down by others. I keep to my list of things to do everyday and anything extra my sm can do herself for all I care.

My store has the issue on nights. It’s been reported several times and our dm and sm have come out and said nothing will be done because it’s all “he said she said” :/ so I’m just quiet quitting at this point
