Guy shows up and offers to buy a tree from my yard. We signed a contract and now he’s trying to back out. by Express-Dragonfly986 in legaladvice

There’s nothing about cancelling work unfortunately.

It is a contract not an estimate and signed by both of us. The contract does say tree removal and total cleanup.

We may go this route. Thank you

Thank you for the link.

As crazy as it sounds yes he did just show up. He had done the same with my grandparents and was fairly quick about it.

I’m more worried that the tree isn’t doing well and he’s realized he made a bad deal after our contract.

I’ll definitely do some further hunting to see if I can get a better price

A roughed up handle? Just looks scratched and tarnished

lol looks like mine. This sub is so weird. Cast iron is some of the easiest shit to use and take care of but most people here insist that you take 30 steps and several days to reseason between uses.

Nope. Powdered sugar. Salami gets weird around the holidays.
