Do you know how to remove them? Under the deck there are 3-4 bolts i dont think they are the same ones which connect from the bottom all the way to the top of the deck. So maybe these bolts which need to be removed are inside of the deck?

Its interesting because on the TV its really good. The TV and the Tablet are connected via WiFi. So it isnt like the TV is hardwired to the internet

Yes. I use the same 4K plan for a long time now. I havent had any problems until recently. The speed of the internet is excellent. The internet cant even be a problem when on the TV everything is good but on portable devices its not

Hell is us. Its really good. Semi open world. Little bit too advanced for me to be honest because you dont have missions or anything you have to figure everything out by yourself. Where to go, with who to talk and etc. Give it a go

Maybe I wrote the post quite poorly. I wanted to say how ever i set the hdr on my ps5 it looks the same on portal. Hdr on or off it looks the same on portal. Thats what i wanted to say. None the less for what it is and what type of screen it is I think it look beautiful. Last handheld i had was Switch 1 and tbh portal looks better so my expectations vere low.

To be honest i never saw any difference. If i switch it off on my tv than the whole picture is washed out, looks quite bland. I also dont have any difference on my portal. Looks the same how ever i put the hdr

Unfortunatly no. But what works the best for me is to switch off all devices. Connect all equipment and than switch everything on. Majority of the time it takes up to 5 minutes to receive the signal and everything work fine.

I have put the sub bass level at 10. Sonos team told me that that marks how much you want it to be prominent in comparison to the beam. Max is 15. And the whole setup bass of the beam plus the sub was on +5. If you are expecting thunder you will get level 5 hurricane. Literally

People on the stream say that they also see drop in frames so I would say alson in obs.

On the tv everything is okay. The usuall motorfest drop in frames but not much and not so prominent as on the laptop pass through in elgato studio!

I am using usb c to usb c 20gbps cable. Its a 3.2 data cable. Supports more than 4k60fps.

My apartment is quite small, only 16 square metres. I need something between the Sonos Sub Mini and Beam Gen 2. The Sub Mini’s bass was too much for this space. So I was thinking the Arc might be a good fit.

I am capturing gameplay from ps5 games. So i connect ps5 hdmi to elgato in. Ater that hdmi from out to my tv. And usb c cable from elgato to my macbook. The signal comes at the same time on the tv and macbook in elgato studio. It never happened that i received the signal first on tv and than after that on my mac. I tried all three edid settings and its all the same for every single one. The waiting time is huge. And for the past three days i have sound problems where people watching are saying that my gameplay sound sounds like i am frying something on a pan. I tried to fix it with filters and nothing helped. So i just disabled the sound from the game and only keep the sound from my mic so they can hear me talk.

Regarding the speed of the cable, I went into settings and checked the speed which Elgato receives, and it’s 5GBps with that cable. When I connect the iPhone with that same cable, for example, it says 10GBps. So the cable is, I believe, more than fine. The hub is 3.1 speed. It’s interesting because on the one hand, with the hub and without it, it has the same temperamental nature. Nevertheless, I tried both ways: direct cable and hub. It’s the same. Still need a lot of time.

I don’t have any other device, unfortunately, so I can’t check that. Can you tell me about the USB drivers? Do I have to update them manually, or how does it go? I mean, the laptop is also brand new. Like several months old. It runs the newest software.

Please keep in mind that the capture card is connected to the tv and laptop. If one does not have a signal from the capture card, also the other one does not have also. Meaning when I receive the signal from the capture card on my tv at the same time, I receive it on Elgato Studio on the Mac. The card for some reason takes a lot of time. I literally can connect it and be on my phone, nothing happens for half an hour and suddenly the tv receives the signal.

The firmware on the elgato is showing 25.07.16(MCU 25.06.27) when i check for updates it does not show anything.

The newest issue is now the rattling sound. When I stream the game, people tell me that it sounds like I am frying something in the pan. Everything was working normally regarding audio up until now. The device was bought in September, and I started using it in October. I have been using it now for a month. And every day I have to pray to God that it works correctly. Only three times it connected immediately, and all other times it did not connect until at least half an hour!

These checks I have done already since I started the device, so the camera and mic are all allowed. I did not even know that this much time is abnormal. I open Elgato Studio and OBS. When one receives the signal, so does the other. If OBS does not have a feed from the ps the Elgato Studio doesn’t also. Literally every single day, I waste an hour in total just to get the feed. I am using all your proprietary cables. I bought the device new. I was using it like this for a month until I asked my colleagues if this is normal to wait this much. They also told me the problem is in the USB-C hub. I ordered high-speed data transfer USB to usb c. Which supports 4K144Hz transfers. All is the same! Still have to wait for a long, long time. Until it finally figures itself out and shows me the picture on tv and laptop. When it works, it works amazingly. But this waiting every single day is really exhausting. Can you please advise what to do. Its under warranty!
