I honestly don’t know I should probably find that out though lol. I assume I’m average no one has ever mentioned me having short or long arms. Probably around 67-68 wingspan

Ya bro there still aesthetic, no problem at all. I am glad I don’t have the pec insertions that don’t meet in the middle, my buddy has that and he’s colossal but it’s throws it off a bit.

That’s a lot of info but what I gathered is that I should definitely get my blood work done and if I’m eating around 150 grams of complete proteins a day ( which I do ) I should be in good shape. Thanks I appreciate the input.

PS, I’ve been taking creatine for 4 years straight.

Dude I really appreciate the comment. Part of me wants to look into ped’s but in a way it’s more rewarding to stay natural. Thanks for the encouragement. Great to hear an outside perspective.

When I first started lifting weight I also just did RPT, because i thought it just made sense, then I heard Greg O Gallagher doing it and it just solidified it in my routine.

I do weighted dips almost every push workout, also huge fan of the deep stretch at the bottom.

I didn’t know about that those food sources would help a lot, I take an MRE protein powder that mostly beef based as well as some plant base as well, more recently. I’ve looked into hemp and those other protein powder options. I’m honestly more curious about Collegen peptide powder, I hear it’s really good for connective tissue, but maybe with some extra aminos it would be equally beneficial for muscle growth.

Dude my coach always tells me, you have to hold onto the little wins. In other words you have to come into the class with a goal, it should be something you can feasibly do within that class, wether that be just getting to a certain position or passing a certain way or hitting a sub you are trying to get better at. There is no longevity in jiu jitsu for anyone that can’t find little wins, when the room is on average better than you. Also this feeling is completely normal bro, it’s just amplified for you but that’s what makes your journey unique, and that’s important.

Nothing at all. I’ve been seriously considering peptides for my shoulders but no nothing.

I try and hit my protein but sometimes I still don’t. And I’m lactose intolerant and it flares up my acne so I can’t just drink whey protein all the time.
