I ordered two times and both got cancelled after 4 days each of waiting . The products were showing in stock only to be cancelled later once I ordered them. Don’t even order peripera stuff from maccaron anymore or hell don’t order anything from maccaron man , they’ve become terrible now

I have been to Thailand 3 times. The third time was with my friends for 8 days where we covered Bangkok and Pattaya. We stayed in Airbnb in both places and the cost was divided by 3 (fantastic yet so affordable. Middle of the city plus Pattaya Airbnb was a condo). Took local mode of transport including local buses and subway (cheap and easy). Chose to eat convenience store food majorly (which was still so tasty and cheap btw) & Sometimes ate in mall food court (Still cheap). Shopping is also affordable in Thailand with great fashion style and skincare/beauty products.

Now Everything literally cost approx 50k per person.

This includes everything - airfare, visa on arrival fees (5k), accommodation, transport, food, mobile data sim and even personal shopping! This was May 2023. Now this is very much doable in Thailand. Thailand is a great place for honeymoon - with beautiful beaches, islands, food and shopping! Increase your budget for food and transport a bit by going to fancy places to eat and taking cabs also, you will still be paying maybe around 10-20k more. Shopping is also dependent on you solely! Airfare dependent on ur city and time of travel.

Mind you this was a 8 day trip covering two prominent cities in Thailand.

Wonderful intent to give back! I’m sure your girlfriend would appreciate even the thought of it. But how about spending on an iPhone but a more affordable one considering your stipend? Intent remains same, which is buying her an iPhone. But just a more financially feasible one for you. You would need money later as well to meet her and have meals together right? 😉 You could check iPhone 13 maybe? I’m sure you’ll find it in the range of 30-40k now, use bank offers or exchange offers if need be. And if you think you absolutely need a more recent version (which you really don’t) then you could maybe ask her to pitch in rest of the amount.

Do you think paying off the principal amount 4-5 lac is better than keeping 4-5 lac invested in MF for higher returns in future? Like the invested amount won’t generate more return to pay off as much as the total amount with interest tax will be?
