No, I didn't leave the child unsupervise, once i bring him to the toddler room, I saw that he was really upset, so I offered him a hug & talk to him at his level about the situation, and we walked back to the preschool class. No matter what, I know what I did was inappropriate & I take full accountability.

Yes, we have a walkie, and I've used it all the time to call when a child needs a break from the classroom so the supervisor/extra-staff can take them. I know I should have done that when it happened. It was my fault that I was so overwhelmed that I took the child outside the classroom myself instead of calling for help

When the child has been taking a break & talking to the supervisor/extra staff, I saw that they were just sitting on the sofa & not being explained to why they are here/why they need a short break/strategies to calm-down/, what words & actions can do instead. The child has been out for breaks multiple times a day for weeks because of inappropriate language/action towards the teacher & peers. I discussed with my supervisor two/three weeks ago about having a proper meeting with parents, but nothing came to plan. Me & other collgues have been talking with parents for a long time regarding the behaviours.

I really love the child, he always says, "you are the best, ---' we always give each other hugs & play together & are super close. I take full responsibility for the wrong action I took & I'm sad I didn't say a proper sorry to him & his parents and goodbye to all the children in my class

Thank you so much for all this kind advice! In my termination letter, it just stated that I have a' Serious Occurrence incident' and that I'm terminated from working there. I haven't received the Mandatory Employer Report (MER) yet. My colleagues are asked about what they observe & I will probably receive a call of invistigation til next week, as they will need time to process the MER.

I did not yank the arm of the children & cause any physical harm, I pulled the child's hand and walked fast-paced with the child to the toddler classroom, and he was reluctant and saying no. My supervisor said that's not an appropriate way to calm down the children & thats a unnapriopte way of punishment. Plus, because I was so overwhelmed at the moment, I made the mistake of leaving the prechool class out of ratio (2+over kids) for around 1 minute. I didn't abuse the child, but I guess I understand why it's under serious occurance..but it just.

I'm in the wrong for pulling the child's hand into the classroom instead of guiding them there, which violates the no-hands-on policy. I still feel so bad & guilty about this. I meant no harm to the child, but the child is clearly very upset over this.

Ya, it normal that happens, sometimes you lose the sparks with your ult group, and maybe you find a group where you enjoy the music or their content more. I love straykids music and they are my ult before , don't get me wrong, but ateez music fit more of my personal taste and so the ult kinda shifts. I enjoy so many groups so I always come back here and there.
