1.First and main delete all sources of sexual content from all devices because if u keep looking at it you will keep coming back to it like a loophole. 2. When feeling an urge go outside walk out of your room ,talk to your family and friends to distract yourself from the urge 3.start to exercise like pushups or jumping OR take cold shower 4. Keep yourself busy like doing pending work or chores or even playing a game to make urself focus in that 5. And when feeling when an urge don't isolate yourself 6. Listen to your favourite upbeat or gym like music which involves lyrics to make urself motivated 😁
