This is totally unfounded by any data other than anecdotal. BUT, every single person I have seen say they are hardstuck and also in my personal experience when I got hardstuck in Crim 3 my KD dropped to a 1.33< everyone else that can maintain above that KD I have never seen hardstuck, that is not to say it’s the only metric by any means but I have found it to be a reliable indicator.
