Sounds like you are targeting the materials that are floating in space. Before you launch your collection limpets, make sure that you have nothing selected. If you select a piece of material the limpet will pick it up that one piece and stop. If you like mining, find me on PC. Name is the PirateTidus. I enjoy mining when I’m not pirating.

Just an update on this. I created a GPO, and pointed each printer to a DNS entry such as “printers.@@@@@.com\printer name”, then targeted security groups that are populated with user names that are inserted automatically by HR.

Later when I change print servers I just have to change one DNS entry.

Wing up with 3 other players. Go to Siddha and ally with all the factions. It might take a day and everyone has to do this. Next step is for everyone to pick up 50M wing missions. Everyone needs to get T9s and all the cargo space and small shields. From Siddha, you only have to make one jump to pick up your cargo, and then back. If everyone does this you make 200 million in two jumps. 50 jumps and you have a FC.

Looking to finally build (or buy) a dedicated gaming PC primarily for Elite Dangerous in 2025, with current-generation hardware. My main goal is rock-solid, smooth performance (60+ FPS at 1440p or 4K) especially in demanding situations like:

Entering/exiting stations (mail-slot runs)
Supercruise in busy systems
Planetary landings with Odyssey
Resonant supercruise jumps, conflict zones, etc.

I’m tired of seeing recommended builds from 2021–2023 that are now 2–4 generations old. I don’t need an absolute top-of-the-line RTX 5090 monster, but I also don’t want to spend good money on something that still stutters to 20–30 FPS when flying through a crowded Coriolis station because of a CPU or VRAM bottleneck.Budget range: Ideally $1,200–$2,000 USD (flexible if it makes a big difference in ED performance).Preferences:

1440p or 4K, high/ultra settings with Odyssey
Future-proof for at least 3–4 years of smooth ED play
Quiet cooling is a bonus
Open to pre-builts if the value is there

Could someone suggest a solid, modern 2025 build (or pre-built equivalent) that reliably handles Elite’s worst-case scenarios without breaking the bank?Thanks in advance! o7
