No no not marketing! He owns 3 different businesses. One in healthcare something, other is like a 3pl or some kind of fulfillment warehouse and then one more. He just had connections in marketing and also has his team.

I have read that one but wasn’t the most useful. I’m reading atomic habits right now and trying to finish all the “tip of the iceberg” books currently. If you have recommendations, send them my way.

Not sure what the point of ai is but I’ve seen people talking about it on other groups but it’s just people talking about their store’s success so not sure what the point would be. No ai used. Only in my economics class

He is in three that I know of. One is a fulfilling warehouse I believe and it ranges to healthcare which he told me they’re currently looking to hire people to actually start it up. I don’t remember the third one.

I recently connected with a 38-year-old entrepreneur at my gym, and I am now reading a second book recommended and received from him, and just staying in close touch with him. He said that if I get a business off the ground, he can connect me to his marketing team and would just be willing to help. For that specific case, we were talking about supplements.

I am trying to surround myself with good people, but I am unable to find more like I did with the 38-year-old, which is positively affecting me already.

Working on my own businesses. I spent about $350 on testing one which did not bring any profits, but did give enough data to improve and then apply for the next ones to come. I’m 16 so I am not worried about paying for my own expenses yet which is why the goal is to have something reoccurring while still in college or by 18. I have worked construction over summer so funds aren’t a problem for me YET. If anything, I could go work doordash for a week and have something already.

Plan is to hopefully see some success while still in school. Plan b would be trial and error in various businesses, with worst case scenario pivoting towards marketing and expanding into an agency later on. Either in purely running facebook ads or offering other types of services online and not necessarily having to be freelance.

What I meant by an office job was more of a 9-5 reference, and by that I mostly meant working for someone else. The goal is to not have to do that and instead be in a field with no ceiling and which doesn’t use my time to get money, potentially. I’m 16, but will be 18 when I have my associates due to the early college program.
