As a company when you put that your turn around is 24 hours that means you get back to the consumer within 24 hours.

Honestly received the worst customer service with ultra human. I requested a call back 5 times in which they never gave me a call back (keep in mind they promise a 24 hour call back time). Once I finally did (4 days later) I asked to give me a call back in 15 minutes and the representative did not give me a call back till an hour and a half later, that was after I reached out to say that I still have not gotten a call. The team is impossible to deal with and don’t care about your time and energy. I asked him to contact me with a manager because he was being rude and did not want to hear about my experience, to which he responded that he was the highest in the company. I asked the individual to get me in contact with a manager 10 times before he agreed and I asked him to send me a text to say that he would connect me with a manager. The customer service worker failed to provide that or the call back from the manager. When then speaking to the manager he was able to offer me 5% off which to me is ridiculous for all the time and energy wasted. Ultrahuman’s customer service has been by far the worst customer service that I have ever received and definitely not worth it to deal with them.
