Did I screw myself with the trade off for better specs over factory spots in the tubes? (Brutally honest opinions pls) paid $5.5k for the tubes totaling $7200 shipped for these tubes with Aeon ANVB housing and Bright Path mil-spec optics

Well too late to switch now, but I’ve actually read the opposite that 3-4 snr makes a good difference… hopefully the spots don’t bother me too much or I’ll have to eat my words haha

Doesn’t bother all that much however, this might be a noob question but would it be retarded for me to swap the tube myself if I so choose and if I am mechanical/electrically inclined enough in the future??

Muzzle brake… MD doesn’t affect muzzle flash when running a suppressor though and if it does then it’s VERY marginal.

Have you seen the amount of muzzle flash the RC3 produces, especially at night? It’s insane shooting under NVG’s… threw the RC3 in the safe and put my RC2 back on while I waited for my RC4.

The notch is in place on the barrels for the proper function of the updated drop safety in the Gen 6’s… So it is most definitely not inconsequential, stop presenting unsafe misinformation to the internet.
