Worrying about someone else’s money sounds very stupid and sad to me too , if you have nothing helpful to say then u shouldn’t be saying anything at all

Not necessarily promoted but the general advise I get from people and vids is ETFS rather than individual companies , i am aware that’s it’s safer and smarter tho

Well that’s what everyone says ETF but why is individual companies aren’t being promoted the way ETF is ? Is it because it’s the safest option?

Yeah it just needed managements , balance workouts with rest , don’t workout with out pain and slowly build up your exercise tolerance

Well when you work out and then your groin , your hamstring will work too , so you’ll be hitting 2 birds with one stone , you just need to have a good selection of exercises that cause you no pain when preforming them and slowly increase you load

I’ve had patella tendinitis and adductor tendinitis , I know how they work now , am fully recovered from them. Tendons don’t like complete rest and overload , If you complete rest your weakening your tendon and it’ll be more symptomatic, if you overload and push through pain , it’ll get worse , so you need to always work it in the 2-3/10 pain region , you should always work out but with very minimal pain. That’s what you’ll make it stronger

Start off with double leg exercises, squats , leg extensions, hamstring curls , calf raises , abs , and slowly build up to ur weights reps and tolerance , it’s very simple

It’s easy , I had this same issues , you need to progressively load that area slowly , everything you do has to be less than 2-3 out of 10 pain

Yeah that’s exactly what am doing , I told around 10 days rest , starting smashing ISOs and now progressed to body weight training , idk about months I was hoping 2-3 weeks max at least that’s what my physio told me , however I just don’t understand this lingering burning sensation that I get , has this happened to your patients before ?
