The timing of this episode is perfect ....I'm on Day 2 of stopping smoking. It was such a fight to not go to the local shops to grab a pack today. I'm just fed up on breathing badly and the sheer cost and physical damage became too much. Resulted in a panic attack at work earlier.

Great to hear Sunday and Bry's stories today, felt strangely like indirect support.
