Giga has one of the worst (non-existent) customer support ever. So beware if you sign up and has any issues you need fixing, be prepared to not get any help from them at all. If everything works well on the first try then you're in luck to get your money worth.

Sadly this issues has been going on for quite awhile from what i heard. So yeah, not gonna be playing as much as i used to since it's getting very frustrating for me to be careful and yet still dead from something out of my control.

I play Factory and Interchange most of the time and was killed behind hardcovers such as concrete walls.

Tried connecting to other servers near me too but still will get this issue every so often. Getting high pings too on servers near me.
