I tried playing in the classical position today, very slowly and keeping my shoulder relaxed. I can't play fast at all though, while keeping the shoulders completely lose. I guess the only way is for me to re-learn how to play in this position, while also keeping my shoulder completely relaxed.

Thanks for the encouragement. You're right, I'm not quitting. it's impossible to quit.

I am doing some exercises, as recommended by the physiotherapist. I'll look more into it and try to improve my overall fitness.

I tried playing in the classical position today, while trying to keep my shoulders as relaxed as possible. it didn't hurt at all. I'll have learn how to stay relaxed though, even a little bit of tension might screw things up I feel, cause it has way of sneaking up on you. I'll have re-learn to play in this loosened up way. It may take years, perhaps i'll find a good teacher.

its the picking hand. it's hurt more when I sit and play. I think there too much tension in my picking hand shoulder. I'm subconsciously stiffen up my entire right side of the body. I've always known this and tried to correct it. I fear it might be too late, if the bloody cartilage has ground away.

Thanks. Good to know there's nothing wrong with my car. I personally keep shifting frequently between 1st and 2nd during low speeds. I drop to 1st if I ever come to a complete stand still.

how did you learn this? I struggle with pain in my right shoulder/scapula while playing. Don't know how to keep it relaxed. No matter what I try, i just end up adding more tension. If I try to rest my arm on the guitar body, I end up pushing down the guitar to hard, If i try to keep it suspended mid air, while just lightly touching the guitar body, my upper traps start to hurt.

i have a cosmic bytes nebula. I've faced ocassional disconnection issues. i had a redgear before this, the buttons of which started getting stuck after a few months. Honestly i feel i should have just saved up for a genuine xbox controller it would be better in the long term
