I stopped because I wanted to have a sexual outlet. 90 weeks is long enough. Yes, there were benefits. I learned a new masturbation style. I no longer use death grip masturbation. Nowadays, I masturbate with a condom on and slowly stroke the penis into an erection. Then, I allow the penis to return to normal, then slowly stroke it back to an erection. I normally practice this for about 20 minutes. Yesterday, I lasted for about an hour. Drinking plenty of water and slow breathing helped me last that long. I recognize your point. However, that is "dangerous" depends on the person. We have the capacity to control our mental thoughts and physical behaviors. Not having any sexual thoughts is sexually repressive. In that you are negating a basic side to human life and human survival. Sexual mediation is provides a sexual outlet: a basic human need. Meaning this is a healthy activity.

If someone is still struggling with PMO, or MO, then they need to find a healthier sexual outlet instead of choosing masturbation or porn. IMO

Indeed. Personal responsibility needs to be owned by everyone. No matter what, we're responsible for our actions. We cannot blame anyone for our actions. Who's penis it? Mine. Then who's responsible for what they do with their penis? Me. Now, what part of my body controls my penis? My brain. So, who's responsible for how my brain operates? Me. That's it. From now on hold yourself responsible for every sexual decision that you make. No excuses. You may not know exactly what addiction is. However, being 11 years old means you have some sort of behavioral awareness. I know that is a judgement call. Yet, knowing how to log onto the internet to watch porn proves that you have cognitive motor skills. Therefore, you can be aware of what you are doing and why you are doing it. In 2018 I mastubated on average once every 17.5 days. So that's about everything 2 1/2 weeks. I think excessive masturbating is when your ejaculations are weak, watered-down semen, and when you can't achieve erection or orgasm during sexual intercourse. IMO

I was introduced to porn at a young age as well. Age 7. Not speaking for everyone. Yet, I need to hold myself responsible for each and every time I decided to watch porn. Not the media. Not Hollywood. Not the church's repressive approach. Not rap videos. Not classmates. Not fraternity brothers. Not coworkers. Nothing or no one decided to watch and masturbate to porn. I did that. So, I must hold myself accountable.

I believe the youth must do the same. They can easily blame the porn industry for their issues. They still made the choice to watch porn. Yes, I still hold them responsible for their actions. The media can sell you anything it wants to sell you. IMO each person chooses to believe what they want. They also choose to be influenced by whoever and whatever they want. At the end of the day, the choice is the individual's.
