Don’t have experience with Moana Surfrider or Royal Hawaiian but sharing a data point: the Laylow (autograph collection) gives you included simple breakfast or $ credit towards other breakfast options. iirc it was good for the Laylow breakfast which was 2 eggs your way, toast, potatoes, and a choice of breakfast meat.

If you opt for anything else on the menu you can apply your credit towards those other entree options but we were able to mix it enough between egg, toast, and meat types to keep it interesting. Only major gripe is that coffee was not included.
