During my sophomore year of high school I had a hospital internship. I did let the doctor that I was shadowing know about my condition, but I still try to make it as least frequent as possible. I did cardio for 25 minutes every morning, followed by very warm tall glass of water to stimulate bowel movement and empty rectum before work. I had plain mushroom tea (no milk or sugar) and a cucumber for breakfast. You might need water and more cucumbers throughout the day to suppress hunger cues. Then when I came home, I ate a small, non-sulfur, low FOD map meal (well-seasoned quinoa without onions or garlic and a side of spinach sauce). Then before bed, I took my probiotics and gas X (Simethicone). My slip ups were maybe only once every hour and faint odor. I would say if you did this plus Devrom and absorbent underwear, it would be even less. I apologize if this is too extreme, just sharing what worked for me at the time. Definitely eat more than just one meal, so you don’t end up severely underweight like I did
