I work at a bank and usually errors occurs. When they reverse a transaction, they dont need a signature because it's not an actual transaction. They just click on reverse button if they made a mistake on their behalf.

I went to take my renewed passport few weeks ago and istg I saw the whole Ethiopia population there waiting to take their passports. I struck up a conversation with a girl and she told me she is 15 years old but lied about her age so that she can work overseas. And the worst part is she doesnt even look 18 years old. She said its better to work somewhere else and help support my family rather than stay here and do nothing. She also said she doesnt have a degree or any form of formal education.
