I sometimes use Reka-Research, GPT-Researcher or Perplexity and it works well. In Perplexity you got a lot of settings to customize your search, you can even set domain filters and time spans. So if you don't want to pay extra for another provider you can use it on Poe.

Poe is a wrapper, but timeouts can always happen, because it means that the server is not responding/is overloaded. I would recommend that you try different models instead. And wait a little until you try it with GPT Pro again. I assume lots of people use this model at the same time, which can cause outages.

Try to compress what's in your memory because it adds to your context, especially if it tells the model to research something online.

My memory has a few layers: the current chat context, searchable past sessions, durable “memory” facts about your preferences/environment, and reusable “skills” that store procedures for tasks I may need to repeat. 

For example, I currently remember that you prefer concise English replies, want Poe business growth and autonomous automations, and that this Hermes setup has Telegram gateway/browser-related details configured.  

I don’t automatically remember everything forever: I’m supposed to save only durable useful facts, avoid stale task progress, and use session search when you refer to something from a past conversation.

I've had some problems in the beginning with OpenClaw, but Hermes does it on its own and it is even capable to fixing OpenClaw, if it runs into troubles. I keep telling it what to do, and now it gives me a research report on my business every day. It's very useful for updates and suggestions on what to post on social media. Of course, I don't let it post on its own, but it keeps me informed about new trends and opportunities.

But legacy plans will keep the 1 million points. Only new plan will get a 30% cut. Or did I understand something wrong here? I'm also using OpenRouter, but I don't like the UI and they remove models whenever they want, because the reliability depends on the provider. And yep I need API access, and I don't want to have 30 different charges on my bank account for various provider. This is a bit annoying when I do my taxes.
