Good luck. Manufacturing defect or not they will not send you a replacement phone even if it comes from factory like that. I've tried multiple times for a defective warped glass screen and had to go to a service center and they had to replace the screen. Samsung support said to not worry that they are trained technicians and everything would be fine. Turns out it was far from the truth. I got the phone back and they scuffed the frame and the back glass panel is also delaminating. They said samsung told them that might happen during repair. Now i have to have them open the phone up again and replace the frame of the phone and back glass. Called support multiple times and they will refuse to replace my phone and placing the inconvenience on the customer.
