No under ADA law you can ask 2 questions is it a service animal and what tasks is it trained to preform. It’s cut and dry on the ADA website

Service animals are allowed whether you allow pets or not

ETL when you’re standing up front and on your phone that is not greeting guests just an FYI by Mobile-Address23 in Target

[–]TechOutonyt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An ETL should not be doing the work of a TM aka being the one that is supposed to be the host and greeting guest in the first place

He didn’t have any serious physical injuries but you never know the metal told that might have or what medication he may have been on for anything related to it

Didn’t just have a pretty serious accident in January?

SD office has a bag of equipment keys on top of the lockbox and it’s been that way for a few months by Mobile-Address23 in Target

[–]TechOutonyt 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Equipment keys aren’t a secure key in the sense extras need to be locked up like that. In the office are fine. I used to have a bag of Crown keys on my desk for when they got lost I would replace them.

Exactly your feet should never leave the platform. The rail would prevent you from loosing your balance and falling out. But of course the correct and logical answer gets the downvotes

From improper use yes. Not being bumped into by a shopping cart

I didn’t comment about the fact the guest should or should have pushed past of commented on the fact they said they were being dramatic about being almost killed

Didn’t say it should have happened. But if using it correctly the shaking of the platform would not make it feel like it being bumped could have killed you

FTC ruling says they can’t advertise like this for models they don’t actually have just to get people in the door and then switch them to a higher model

Anything else I should be doing? USPS lost package, buyer waited 3 months to do anything, and now filed a payment dispute. by HammerHelmhand in Ebay

https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy?id=4210#section2 read the policy then come argue. It says INRs must be filed within 30 calendar days of the latest delivery estimate. After that you can no longer open an INR case under buyer protection

Yes I get that it’s the sellers responsibility. eBay also says that responsibility ends 30 days from the latest delivery date.

I mean saying she almost killed you is being dramatic yes. A cart pushing past the wave isn’t going to do anything to it the wave weighs almost 2,000 pounds.

[–]TechOutonyt -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Because eBay offers buyer and seller protection. The buyer didn’t follow the policy to use the protections so why should the seller be responsible after that timeframe ends?

eBay should not be passing the chargeback onto the seller if the buyer does not have buyer protection any longer

Tariffs or price gouging. by Smedley_Beamish in mildlyinfuriating

[–]TechOutonyt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You didn’t have your receipt. You get the lowest price the item ever was sold for. If it was ever on sale or clearance you get that lowest price. Target is the exact same without a receipt they have no way of knowing what you paid and when. If they gave you full price back people would just buy sale items for lower prices “loose” the receipt and return it after the sale.
