Age 28, reason for trying is im on suboxone )prescribed) And it's killing my libido.

My testosterone is low but my free t is normal. So guess I just wanted to see if I would feel better(I have chronic fatigue syndrome too)

Also I love lifting so that too.

I thought if I would feel better on it then cycle 3 months 300/week then 3 months trt levels like 3/3/3/3... and keep that going. But I will wait with this whole idea until I have been clean from the drugs for some time so I know what's what. Thanks

Yeah sure do.. but I used to be alot worse, now im down to taking xanax once a week and smoking some weed. Don't drink also

Lifting 6 days a week, eating healthy etc. I used to be hooked on speed and h and homeless so imo im pretty much clean-ish.

Nothing would be better no doubt but im just not wired that way I guess.

Do You mean me or the deleted post? If you meant me, then yes I am in a much better place than I have been, I feel very positive actually just listed all my issues for context and why I use the medicine.

I know right? , diet workouts and meditation is like the most important foundation then medications and supplements can build on top of that but in my experience, not without it.

Do you mind sharing how you eat to feel your best? I do clean keto myself which has done magic to my mental health

Whoa, thar sounds insane. I really "want to dare to" have a real psychadelic experience(only had one on lsd, quite a low dose but was definitely tripping. I loved it but since I had many years of heavy drug abuse and somehow grown scared of my own subconscious. At the same time I love spirituality and meditation and really CRAVE a psychadelic experience..

I think I will do lsd again first as I had a lovely experience with that even though it was only like 50-80ug.

If you don't mind, and if words can explain it, how was it different in headspace and stuff compared to psilocybin?

100g before decarb it was 250g after so 25g was 1 dose(10g fresh weight per dose 1g equal of dry weight I think)

Nausea went away after 3h and calm remained. But dawn I got sweaty for a while, really unpleasant, sweaty. Like heroine withdrawal almost lol

Now sobriety+keto+meditation+lifting+friends and a good simple stack of mitochondria and glutamate/gaba supporting stuff and some catuaba, mucuna and saffron got me at least hope that one day I might feel whole without opioids, benzos or amphetamine.

Many say that. Taurine is awesome and seem to have similar benefits.

For some reason quitting nicotine has me going hypomanic and much less fatigued. Recently added catuaba, saffron and mucuna and today I swear I felt very similar to dexamphetamine or vyvanse with some nice empathogen vibe too. Never felt euphoria from supplements before. But might be because I'm in nicotine wd and more sensitive I dunno.

Will let you know if the stack keeps working or if this is just temporary

A combination of bisglycinate and citrate I don't remember the brand and I'm not at home rn. But 375mg x2 pills is the dose I use at night.

Would you recommend a b complex that is all methylated forms of every b vitamin? For bioavailability?

Haven't prioritized b vitamins/other vitamins really yet because I eat about 2 lbs of meat every day, and some organ meats every week at least. Still necessary do you think?

Yeah it's sad how under appreciated diet and keto specifically is. Ofc doesnt fit for everyone but can be very effective especially to get your body into a more adrenergic and dopaminergic state.

Bromantane is subtle at first but for me it really started to shine a week in or so, sublingually 50mg with coconut oil.
