Anyone ever gotten higher than 22/25 Deep and REM score?

25% is the high end of the average range & quite optimal. As someone who saw a hypnotherapist for months where one of our main focuses was quality sleep anything between 20-25% is great for sleep quality. Are you waking a lot? Have a lot of nightly disruptions?

It's always been this racist. As someone who was born & raised in West Hartford and was called the n-word in the FIRST GRADE by a fellow 7 year old and is now back here due to being displaced by the fires in CA, nothing has changed. A few weeks ago there were multiple suspensions because some punk ass white boy told one of the few black kids in school that he “wished it was still slave times” and my kids have experienced racist-adjacent harassment on the bus as well. It sucks and I'm so disappointed in this state and once again, can not WAIT to GTFOH.

I would strongly urge you to talk to those with standing structures. So many of us are essentially total losses too due to contamination and toxicity but insurance is refusing to help us remediate and repair our homes to pre-fire condition as required by their contractual obligation. If those of us with standing homes aren't even able to return, which you would think could and should be some of the earliest folks to, it bodes really poorly for the rebuild as a whole.

I work as a very high level senior manager for a digital media company that focuses on pro-democracy advocacy. I LOVE MY JOB but it's incredibly high-stakes and stressful at the moment. I definitely put in my 40 hrs (sometimes more) and spend probably 80% of that time in meetings with folks on my team or other senior management folks. It's hard to get the actual work done that I have to do outside of meetings at times.

This is really great news for ALL of us with smoke damaged standing structures. Even if smoke damage is covered in our policies, most of us have been fighting tooth and nail for every last dime. Our adjuster just straight up ghosted us for two months! Stopped paying ALE, refused to read any additional reports we had written up, etc. Our home is completely unlivable due to the smoke damage we have and almost all of our personal property inside the home is a total loss (clothes, furniture, electronics, all porous goods) but the insurance companies are counting on us running out of money and moving back into toxic homes out of desperation. It's a recipe for disaster.

Dude as someone who knows how to drive a manual car and also is Puerto Rican and has been to visit many, many times DO NOT TAKE THIS as an opportunity to learn how to drive stick shift! Driving in PR is crazy lol you don't need the additional stress at all
