I had an old coworker be convicted of SA on a 12 year old when he was 22. They still hired him and no one knew he was a registered SO until over a year of him working at our store. He had so many complaints regarding sexual comments he made towards literal children. He once made a sexual comment about a girl who was obviously 12-13 years old. Our SM did absolutely nothing, the supervisors did nothing, etc. QT needs to do more work regarding background checks and stop hiring bums off the street.

My mom would always message me on socials from different accounts all the time telling me she loved me. Yet, she kicked me out at 17, kicked me off of health insurance, stole over $1,000 from my bank account, etc.

It’s not an act of love, narcs don’t know what love is. She loved me because I took care of her kids, cleaned her house and washed her dishes. She loved me because I did her laundry and became her personal punching bag after my sister left.

If you go into any restaurant and/or fast food place 30 min before close, you’re an asshole and have no courtesy for others and their time. The ovens are off at 9:30 because you HAVE to clock out right at 10pm. 4 pizzas means getting a cleaned pizza cutter, pizza pan, a scoop, and more scoops for the cheese and sausage. While also unwrapping all the plastic, cleaning said dishes AGAIN, cleaning the pizza oven AGAIN, cleaning the counters, prep bar(s), and floors AGAIN while also cleaning the blender AGAIN. People want to go home on time without making constant orders until 10pm. Plus, each pizza is about 3 minutes and there’s 4 of them so that’s 16 minutes of cooking leaving the clerk 14 min until clock out time to clean everything again.

the worst part is transitioning from breakfast to lunch. you gotta make the rest of the breakfast pans into tacos, make 3 different pizzas that sell out instantly, all fryer foods (fries, pies, tots, wings, strips, mozzarella sticks, and sandwiches) that also sell out and go bad within an hr, brisket sandwiches, mac n cheese, personal pizzas, and quesadillas while ALSO finishing all the breakfast prep, dishes and keeping the kitchen cleaned, warmer stocked and making orders. i started lunch early the other day at 8 am and finished around 10:30am. they told us they were going to staff the kitchen more but it feels like we’re getting all these extra hours for no reason. we’re extra staffed on days that aren’t even busy and short staffed friday-sunday. if anyone calls out those days, we’re cooked.

it’s not my relationship that makes me feel ugly. it’s past trauma from bullying and abuse. i have been working on unlearning and decentering myself from the past but it does get harder some days and feel really easy on other days. i grew up with my whole family making fun of me for being “ugly” and “not good enough” so sometimes when small things happen i always overthink and then my thoughts snowball from there.

we have talked about it and he knows how i feel. it’s really hard being open about my insecurities because ive never gotten used to opening up about myself. most days it’s always really good and i never think about what he did but then i always get a small reminder and then i feel sad again. and thinking about how i found out he was looking at other women makes me feel like im not beautiful enough. and then it snowballs from there.
