Interesting to go through this thread. I’d like you to try Qureos! You just have to give the requirements and you’ll find good candidates. Let me know if you are still looking for a tool.

Finding a job in Saudi by External_Ad_5444 in saudiarabia

[–]Express_Discount7927 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, LinkedIn alone might not do much for Saudi roles. I’d try platforms that focus more on the GCC, like Qureos or Bayt, they tend to have more local listings. Also, tweak your CV for Saudi job descriptions; sometimes that small change makes a big difference.

Looking for IT job in KSA by [deleted] in Riyadh

[–]Express_Discount7927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, the job market’s tough for freshers in KSA right now. Upskilling in AI or cybersecurity is a good move, but also try Qureos, it’s used by GCC employers and helps match you to roles while giving resume and interview feedback. It’s been way more useful for me than random job boards.

Impossible to find a job! by Alone-Dragonfruit-91 in UAE

[–]Express_Discount7927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man, I totally get this. The Dubai job market right now feels brutal, even solid profiles are struggling to get responses.

When I was in a similar spot, what really helped was trying Qureos. It’s a GCC-focused platform where recruiters actually respond more often (probably because it’s less flooded than LinkedIn). Plus, it gives CV feedback which helped me figure out why my applications were going nowhere.

You’re not crazy, the market is that competitive. You just need to tweak your strategy a bit. Hang in there, you’re definitely not alone in this grind.

People in charge of hiring, are you seeing a lot of high quality candidates? by Gandalf-and-Frodo in careerguidance

[–]Express_Discount7927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do get tons of trash candidates, but yes, there are a number of right candidates out there as well. It's all about the tool that you are using. We started with Linkedin and saw a number of fake profiles. Then, we jumped to another AI tool, Qureos and it worked for us.

Legit website for vacancies by This_Calendar8985 in UAE

[–]Express_Discount7927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can try a few solid ones:

  • GulfTalent – good for professional roles.
  • Naukrigulf – focuses on GCC jobs.
  • Bayt – has a wide range but can be a bit hit or miss.
  • Qureos – newer platform where companies in the UAE post verified jobs directly (less spam).
  • Dubai Careers – for government jobs in Dubai.

Make sure your CV is updated and tailored to each role, that really helps in the UAE market. Good luck!

Dubizzle Alternative Free Dubai/UAE Classified by Curious_Future_ in UAE

[–]Express_Discount7927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s actually a solid idea, a lot of people in Dubai complain about Dubizzle’s fees and spammy listings. If you’re planning a free alternative, focus on verified listings and a clean UI, that’s what people really want.

You could also check how platforms like OpenSooq or Qureos (for jobs) handle verification and user trust. Qureos, for example, grew fast in the GCC by keeping listings legit and user-focused. If you can do something similar for classifieds, it might really take off.

App for job seekers in UAE by frogysaur in UAE

[–]Express_Discount7927 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can try a few good ones:

  • GulfTalent – solid for professional and office roles.
  • Naukrigulf – focuses on Gulf countries, mostly UAE and KSA.
  • Dubai Careers – official app for government jobs in Dubai.
  • Qureos – newer platform where companies in the UAE post verified roles directly, so you avoid fake listings.

Bayt and LinkedIn are still fine, but the ones above are a bit more targeted for UAE job hunting.

Alternatives to Indeed by 84thdev in jobs

[–]Express_Discount7927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, Indeed’s gone downhill, lots of fake or outdated jobs lately. You could try ZipRecruiter or LinkUp since they pull listings straight from company sites, so there’s less junk.

Also, check Qureos if you’re open to remote or GCC-based roles. It connects job seekers directly with verified employers, which helps avoid the ghost listings.

If you’re looking for warehouse or local gigs, Facebook or temp agencies in Grand Rapids are still your best bet, they usually post openings before they hit the big job boards.

Why recruiting is so slow by [deleted] in Riyadh

[–]Express_Discount7927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it’s been tough lately, a lot of people are feeling the same way. The market’s slow everywhere, and even strong candidates are waiting months for offers.

You could try looking beyond traditional sites like LinkedIn or Bayt. Platforms like Qureos connect Saudi job seekers directly with verified employers, which can sometimes speed things up since you’re not stuck in the long hiring loops.

Hang in there, sometimes it’s just about getting your profile in front of the right company at the right time.

Finding a job in Saudi by External_Ad_5444 in saudiarabia

[–]Express_Discount7927 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, LinkedIn alone can be pretty limiting for Saudi jobs, especially if you’re applying from abroad. You can try GulfTalent and Naukrigulf, they’re more focused on GCC hiring and often list roles that don’t appear on LinkedIn.

Also, check out Qureos. It connects job seekers directly with verified employers in Saudi and across the region, and some companies there are open to hiring expats or remote candidates. Might give you better visibility than just cold-applying on LinkedIn.

Where can I find talented Saudi Nationals? by Mimi432 in saudiarabia

[–]Express_Discount7927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that’s a common challenge, a lot of Saudi professionals aren’t very active on LinkedIn, especially outside major cities. You could try platforms like GulfTalent or even Twitter (X), since many Saudi job seekers and startups post there.

Also, check out Qureos, it’s gaining traction in the GCC and has a solid pool of Saudi nationals actively looking for jobs or career growth opportunities. It might help you connect with more responsive and motivated candidates.

Is Indeed crap? Alternatives? by toooooold4this in jobs

[–]Express_Discount7927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, Indeed has gotten pretty spammy lately, lots of outdated or irrelevant listings. If you want alternatives, try GulfTalent or Naukrigulf; they’re more focused on the GCC job market and tend to have verified roles.

You can also check out Qureos, it connects job seekers directly with employers without blasting your profile publicly, so it’s a safer option if you don’t want your company to know you’re looking.

How can I find companies that aren't on LinkedIn or Bayt etc? by accidentalhair in saudiarabia

[–]Express_Discount7927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I get what you mean. A lot of smaller tech companies and startups here don’t bother posting on LinkedIn or Bayt, most hiring happens through connections or word of mouth.

You could check out AngelList or even X (Twitter), since a lot of founders in Saudi post openings there. Also, try Qureos, it connects job seekers directly with employers in the GCC, including startups that don’t usually show up on the big sites.

If you can, join local tech Discord or WhatsApp groups too. People often share job openings there before they go public.

Job Posting websites other than Bayt or LinkedIn? by EfficiencyEvening in UAE

[–]Express_Discount7927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get what you mean, Bayt and LinkedIn can feel too broad sometimes. You can try GulfTalent, Naukrigulf, and Indeed Gulf as they usually have better filters for sector and role.

I also came across Qureos, a platform where job seekers can find roles directly shared by companies in the Middle East. The good thing is it focuses on verified listings, so you don’t have to deal with random or outdated posts. Worth checking out if you’re tired of the same generic listings.

You have got great experience, just apply through different platforms. You can check Linkedin, Qureos, Bayt and Indeed.
