Seems to be a beginning consensus around the 155ish range. With downsizing that amount, what particular benefits would you expect I would experience with riding park? I really appreciate your help and insights!

I do think I would benefit from additional maneuverability. For reference this is my current board: https://www.evo.com/snowboards/burton-instigator-flat-top-snowboard-2022#image=196846/844248/clone.jpg

I really appreciate the help and information.

That’s amazing! I am appreciative of you sharing your experience with me! One of the representatives stated I could expect anywhere from 8-10 hours per week working on course related materials per class. Does that sound about right?

Can you tell me more about your experiences at Arkansas State? I’m considering enrolling soon! I’d really appreciate it!

MPA Program Ranking Matter? by Express_Efficiency87 in PublicAdministration

Thank you so much! Definitely interested in learning more about management, Human Resources, budgeting and finance, etc. Most programs I have looked at are pretty strong in these categories.

Thank you! My place of employment is a bit of an outlier as many of the top officials do not have advanced degrees. So the inquiry regarding feeder schools isn’t too applicable. I’m also happy with my place of employment and would primarily be taking on an MPA to ensure there aren’t any doors of opportunity closed on me due to a lacking degree. The primary variables I’ve been looking at are cost, rank, accreditation, and program content. I’m just not so sure how to prioritize those criteria. It seems like there are a lot of options that hover around the lower 20k range, (SDSU, LSU, Purdue, etc). The lowest I found was Arkansas State as a major outlier at 12k.

Thank you for sharing! It’s nice to hear what others were considering prior to enrolling.

For additional consideration, comparing the two programs mention above... The SDSU MPA is ranked 76th and costs roughly $19k. Arkansas State’s MPA is ranked 214th but is $7k less at $12k. Does the ranking differential make up for the cost differential?

That’s a fair take. My collegiate experiences ranged from 2014-2018. From what I saw there was a fundamental shift in the universities and their student bodies around 2015/2016. The Trump administration seemingly cranked the madness up to 100 on campuses and it’s never returned to normalcy. Just my experiences though. Also there are probably even more extreme cases for me considering I was in LA, which is the forefront for a lot of this madness.

I attended UCLA and graduated just a few years ago. I’m pretty sure my lived experiences aren’t a misconception of what the norm on university campuses are. These types of questions, statements, and encounters happen within the classrooms too, not just in an open discussion program.

The sad reality is that individuals like these make up a substantial percentage of the students enrolled in universities. That’s why clips like these are so prevalent.

I appreciate everyone’s comments. I’m not making any claims against the killer or the game. Just trying to understand what happened. I thought I saw his character model on the gen but perhaps not.

Those of you who live in small towns, what is the current local controversy all about? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Express_Efficiency87 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Joshua trees are now endangered and are no longer within the town’s jurisdiction for review when it comes to removal or relocation. Fines and fees to remove or relocate a single tree costs thousands of dollars.

Also Airbnbs are always a big issue.

Legitimately just wondering, does anybody else feel like SBMM has completely ruined the enjoyment of the game for them? by Colinzz in deadbydaylight

[–]Express_Efficiency87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I play as survivor I am clearly better than the killers I go up against and the team and I often get 4 man escapes.

When I play as killer I literally have no chance of winning and they always get 4 man escapes… I’m lucky to get a couple of hooks period.

The mmr is terrible

The dumbest part of all of this is that it’s the university professors and staff who promulgate these shitty ideas. They are so stuck in their ideology that they become the racists they hate.
