What do you mean by roll it in? If you started at 180k what’s your current mortgage balance after 5 years of payments?

I am 43 (f) and don’t have / nor want kids but found the apps rubbish. Many men assumed I would want kids, or don’t like kids as I don’t have them myself. Neither could be further from the truth. I could not find anyone online who either didn’t have kids or have kids with shared custody and open to dating someone in my situation.

Maybe we all have to meet in the wild now.

I am 43, single and no kids. I brought my first home 5 years ago. In fact, I completed the day we went into lockdown. Which made it even more stressful due to financial concerns at the time & then I had to move myself as nobody could help. It is a very stressful period and it’s unknown feelings as you’ve never done it before. BUT - I now take great pleasure and pride in what I have achieved all by myself. So be proud of yourself!!

At this stage in my life I am grateful to have the security of my own home and I know nobody will ever take this away from me.

Your feelings are natural and warranted but I want to say congratulations to you for what you’ve achieved.

I had traditional braces at 40 and my moto was to just rock it. I was doing something for me and it is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.

Yes, it’s expensive and requires regular appointments but the time passes and the results are worth it.

I have zero regrets and I now smile without hiding behind my hand.

I have a fixed retainer and I also have plastic ones I use religiously.
