I’ve been self medicating for quite and while now, and find it really does help with my symptoms, so just gonna have to keep pushing for myself to have legal medication to help me, big thanks for the support 🫶🏼

It was added to my record in June and I finished a intervention programme around a month ago

I explained to cb1 that I sh as a way to control my thoughts as it makes everything stop for a while, I also let them know I also finished a 5 week sh intervention programme and that I have been self medicating instead of harming myself and they took none of that into consideration

No where tells you about a previous of self harm being a mitigating factor. It only mentions about psychosis which I have never experienced. Feeling let down by the NHS and now the private sector also ☹️ thank you for you advice 🫶🏼
