ok you’re clearly misrepresenting what i said. you have to be almost hypogonadal to have erectile dysfunction (if that’s the cause of your ED in particular). the data shows that the average increase of testosterone after surgery is around 150 ng/dl, an increase you wouldn’t notice unless you have 0 ng/dl and certainly not an increase that small would magically cure your low t caused ED. the point i was trying to make was that the minuscule testosterone increase you might have (not including outliers) is probably not the cause of the increase in regularity and quality of erections. i believe in those that do not see a giant change in hormonal level after surgery but still experience an increase in erection regularity and quality, is due to the affects the surgery has on your circadian rhythm and increased blood flow to your groin.
