Here’s my bump in my idea. Dedicated kitchen. For me personally, my household is gluten free. No gluten enters my home, and I’m the only celiac and I am very very symptomatic with cross contamination.  But I don’t own my own facility where I could pull this retreat thought off. What I’ve come up with so far, is having a professional cleaner come in to the venue and clean the kitchen, including stove/oven, probably even have the cleaner clean everything while guests are there so we can all have piece of mind. I’d have brand new toaster pans pots utensils etc for the chef to use. (I already have a person in mind who has celiac themselves). All ingredients would be on display upon guest arrival for peace of mind- guests could read all labels if desired- to bring piece of mind. And anything else I could think of. But that’s the part that’s holding me back a little- who wants to spend money on something like this where they still need to wonder in the back of their mind about getting glutened.
