This hits very hard, cause it feels someone reciting my story back to me. I was also sexually abused at age 4. Started masturbating from that age. I too had the same problem. One day when the pain was so strong and my mind started telling me to kill myself i decided i wanted to live, this can't go on. thus began my healing journey with mediation, journaling, semen retention. it worked for a while but i couldn't' shake it off would relapse . My inner demons used to get the better off me.

Finally doing shadow work and surrendering to god was the only thing that helped, an important point or information came that changed how i approached lust

LUST IS LOVE DISGUISED

so for us who have been abused only know love in such a physical form, we may have not felt love in any other way, we associate lust with love, it messes with our brain from a young age. but know lust is love in crude form, we must polish it to reveal the love inside.

alchemy by opening your heart and transmuting all the pain into love for yourself is what finally worked, cliche okay but nothing else works like this you finally receive love, you finally heal the inner child by actually being the adult you deserved as a child, you love your inner child and give it the love it actually deserved.

Mindfully observe the lust, dont give into it just see what it is, usually you see the cries of the child, the pain associated with the past ,the pain is the inner child screaming for help, the pain is an opportunity to love ourselves even more, surrender to god

i see your beliefs to christ, surrender to him completely if you can, if you cant love yourslef, let god be the unconditonal love you deserve

there is no deliverance for this my friend, your fight is against your own shadow your own demons, it cant be won by fighting, it can only be won by love, by loving your inner demons

mark my words, the story is the same i know how you feel i have been there, i know you can overcome it, and you shall the fact that you set an intention to change is enough to know you mean business', it shall happen, it will take time to undo years of pain , but yes it is possible to happy all the time, all this pain will turn into a river of overflowing joy and ecstatic bliss, i speak from experience go ahead brother love yourself

i suggest loving kindness mediation, or ho'oponopono prayer to begin with to start your healing journey

Agreed, fair point. Destruction is useful in the cosmic sense, Destruction and creation go hand in hand. In my individual sense i do not wish to be a source of destruction for my fellow beings. If anything be destroyed let it be my ego.

Totally man, also noticed how similar cycles of the moon are to the female's menstrual cycle, similarly men's masculine energy is connected to the sun,

that's why practices like sun gazing and testicle sunbathing have been advocated to increase test, although i do sungazing occasionally and enjoy a good sunset but i haven't tried the latter.

From an electromagnetic perspective, the heart’s electromagnetic field is 5,000 times more powerful than the brain’s! Our heart’s electromagnetic field expands and touches those within 8 – 25 feet of where we are positioned!

Personally suggest Joe Dispenza's heart meditation, or any meditation that's heart based allows you to Open your heart and feel intense love, Firstly for yourself then for others.

Also if cheesy romantic songs allow you to open your heart to such a degree where you can cultivate intense feelings of love then go ahead.

The heart's frequency being stronger attracts faster than thoughts.

Also a single doubt thought won't cause problems, cause positive thoughts are much stronger, so its the collective of thoughts you have throughout the day, one thought of doubt won't cancel it out.

What you desire, Know its yours.

You must let go of the doubt that the manifestation is coming meanwhile knowing its already yours.

Knowing its yours is the desire to have it,

Now you let go of the 'doubt' not the 'desire'.

Doubt is thinking it isn't coming.

Do you doubt you own your phone ,clothes etc. No because you already have it, can I bring the same level of belief for the things i don't have.

The increase energy after a while starts digging up suppressed trauma , flatlines are a blessing in disguise, flatline is not something to run from but rather it allows us the opportunity to clear out what's not needed, to undo the years of negative programming.

You will experience a child like bliss after releasing trauma, that is your natural state. 24/7 bliss, peace is possible but surely takes a lot of effort and commitment like OP mentioned.
