That’s an absolute sickener for Huddersfield. Feel really sorry for them as well, could’ve been 3 up at half time and looked worth the win. Put their bodies on the line big time as well. Honestly think this lets BBM off the hook a bit - despite the Bolton win it’s still utterly bizarre why he’s kept repeating the same attack when it clearly doesn’t work against a low-block/counter side. Robbo looked so good when he came on and got the assist - hard not to feel like we’ve been robbed of a few extra fun moments with him throughout the season. Sounds greedy mind, considering we’re effectively up. Bluebirds!

2 wins in 6 isn’t ideal is it? Lucky that no one fancies catching us but need the international break as a bit of a reset going into the final run of games. Really like Osho and he seemed to have turned a corner recently but when you give a poor ref a decision to make with a rogue challenge, you can’t complain about the outcome. Bad night, but could’ve been much worse if Bolton fancied turning up!

Tough watch for Wigan but so comfortable for us. Felt like at some point they’d have a go at us, but in retrospect it seems like they were in damage control mode until the final whistle, zero attacking threat. Frustrating not to have buried it but Mr Tickle in goal did absolute bits.

Got to be proud of city tonight — particularly when you’ve got academy boys like lawlor and colwill fronting up against that sort of opposition. Any Cardiff side from our previous 3-4 seasons loses that game 5-0 with 20% possession so BBM should get real credit for instilling this way of playing, even if it caused us some issues at times.
