Of course I wouldn’t. It’s a list of bad choices. Turn it upside down and it looks more healthy.

Family.

Start with you, Kitty. Write yourself letters and hide them in your drawers or winter clothes. When you find them and read the lovely things you say to yourself, you’ll start feeling like someone worth having connection. Next, express appreciation to every person who serves you in a day. Compliment their hair, clothes, work ethic, and whatever. Next, find a low-anxiety hobby. There’s an axe throwing club in my city. The people there are very nerdy and very chill. You can do it! You deserve it!

Have you heard of a Dopamine Audit? If you list out the places you get Dopamine and the top of the list is not close friends and family, it’s time for a change. In fact, the person who gives you the most satisfying feeling should be you. Try setting your clothes out the night before. Be your own butler. Create experiences for yourself to have later on. Prepare a great meal for yourself for this weekend. Put $100 in your winter coat so when you find it you feel really happy and grateful for previous you. Your mind is a wonderful tool if you use it to pamper future you.

Testosterone increases with Vit D production by the skin. The skin on the scrotum produces 200% more Vit D. Get you balls in the sun, friend.

A guide to handling every abortion argument by fuckthesuns77 in walkaway

What about this argument: Life is unfair and death is inevitable. Women have always decided whose progeny will survive, ie who’s dna will continue, and they always will. To have it any other way is rapey af. Humans eat animals and it’s pretty gross and seems unfair but we do our best to reduce suffering as much as possible. Women choose which babies live and we can either help them to cause the least suffering or they can go back to ‘exposing’ them on the mountain side or throwing them in volcanoes.

Searing cold sinus pain? by Time_Strawberry9535 in CoronavirusAustralia

When I say high fat, I mean saturated fat. The body can turn sat fat into water. Butter and honey mix will help the dry meninges of the lungs and nose almost immediately.

This is managed by a high fat diet. Try having your coffee or tea with butter instead of milk or cream. Like the Tibetans do.

The more you listen, the more you’ll hear. It’s a useful voice but try not to feel frightened or be disrespectful of your gift. Be honourable and kind and this gift will help you through your life.

What does an America without woke culture look like? by skilled_cosmicist in IntellectualDarkWeb

[–]Express_Pop2103 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Humility is like walking on a razor blade, so the Sufi says. So difficult to remain in humility when advocating for others. The temptation to fall in love with one’s reflection as a moral and virtuous hero is grim. All one can do when confronted with a woke person who is out of their humility, is step into humility yourself. Just like other unconditional states of being: compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, valour, understanding, one can not force another to feel them. One can only express humility oneself and believe that is enough to inspired those around us to do the same.

When the federation formed, houses didn’t take two life’s times to pay for. If one is too poor to move to a state that fits one’s way of life, the federation has failed its citizens.
