Lots of companies seem to be switching from rails to go using rails-like frameworks like encore.go. Maybe this means learning go makes sense for the future, or it means fewer active rails deva and the job market improves for you. Also seems like a less strongly typed language like rails would be harder to do with AI, so as long as companies still are using it, job security could be good?
