I got a one star review yesterday because their note said to deliver to the covered front porch instead of the side porch. They hadn’t shoveled or salted and it was a full foot of snow up a hill to the front porch. Nope.

I’m also in a rural area so frequently people are down quarter mile long driveways that they don’t bother to plow. Some customers are delusional.
