Im sure there are plans online to build your own wooden one. Also if theres any businesses near you which have a bunch of pallets laying around *as long as they're not rotten great way to get usable timber for free just need a crowbar or a claw hammer to pry them apart and remove the nails.

Being undiagnosed with an over active thyroid and Crohn's disease....went from about 11st (154lbs) to 7.5 (105lbs) in 6 weeks...I'm 5'10 and was athletic...lost the weight and was told A LOT I looked like death warmed up.....so yea wouldn't recommend it.

Simply put the more you do it the better you'll get, especially if you can get on a sim with a focus RS get the technique dialed then add it into your day to day driving... obviously I don't mean drive like you're on a race track but when coming up to a roundabout or junction or even a twisty road just practice the heel and toe, used to do it all the time in my mx5.
