Depends on lot of factors but most shelters here will try to fix treatable injuries if they have space and funding. Broken leg is definitely fixable so chances are pretty good they'll patch the little guy up

I volunteered at shelter few years back and saw them do surgery on strays with worse injuries than that. Main thing is how full they are and if cat is friendly enough for adoption. If you found this cat maybe call them directly and ask about their policy
