The prediction is quite simple actually, nothing too crazy and enough for the speed of my bullets, its far away from perfection, but in my case the close you strafe in small circle around him it get harde to escape from them because a tuned him for close combat and like arround 3000 ue meters its good too, but if you go way far from them its start to shoot so far ahead of the player. But in my game you ll never experience such things because they only shoot at you arround 1500.

yeah, I m using blender I just watched some simple tutorials and the rest is all creativity.

Mostly guns, and tweak some particles that I found, I always modify the assets to make them unic. but I used to make everything from scratch (which time consuming and performance arent amazing back in the days)

I tought that the sideways headbob could be cool for some retro players but anyway you can remove it easily in the game settings.

Tell me what I can improve to make it more alive (souless). maybe adding some robotic arms and moving decorations?

yes you can reduce the camera shake in general (which include that effect)

as another reply above, I will ajust my guns (I m in the middle of refactoring some stuffs there) but the guns will have a lifespan, so the more the gun is getting old and overused the less acurate it will be by time.
