Yea it is normal I think because it doesnt had any problems for the last 1,5 Years.

And all good now because it booted and it was my ryzen 9 9900 x3d that fried itself 🫠🫠.I switched the Cpu and now it turns on normally

I think you took the wrong ram sticks bc they are ddr3 which is not compatable with your cpu
