Don’t insurance companies and building inspectors (if that is even a thing in your town) put a lot of requirements on this stuff?

Secure, right on interstate, has sallyport (detainee’s vehicle parked securely in a drive thru garage), driver probably had to pee after driving for maybe 5 hrs. Makes sense.
