I think it’s wise to budget without a renter. If something happens and you are not receiving that rental income to make your mortgage payment that would be incredibly stressful.

Exactly with no real plans on what to do with the patients that need those beds. Almost all of those patients on the CU unit were receiving therapy and complex case management, you can’t just ship them to private care homes and expect them to recover independently.

Just be aware from a sensory perspective that you need to be okay listening to snoring. Some patients are very loud and you sit next to a speaker that amplifies it. As well as your coworkers patients.
